las-gnome LAS GNOME | 2017 Proposal

Hey guys, 

Rosanna and I finally finished putting together our initial proposal. We were told by the Board that we don't need a formal bid since we're not sure that LAS GNOME will be a GNOME sponsored annual conference. Instead, GNOME will just contribute towards it. The reason is that LAS GNOME is tightly bound to Flatpak, and we're not sure how Flatpak will exist in relation to GNOME long-term. It's something that bridges many projects and will outgrow us.
