las-gnome registration site visual changes

We got ourselves an awesome web hacker and he has been making changes to a local instance of regcfp to match the website theme.  It couldn't come at a better time.

Here is the work thus far, please let me know of anything we can do to make it better:

Pending work:

* same fonts as las.gnome.org

* get the same hero image on las.gnome.org

* change the links to point to our conference website

Once we have all that we should be able to have a registration page that is consistent with las.gnome.org.  Very exciting! :)
