las-gnome deadline for venue and what not

So, I checked with Holli on the deadline and it was June 19 or I guess June 20th since it was on a Sunday.  That is  90 days before date.  I was off by a week though in my calculations. :(  We are fully funded for the venue anyways.  Do people feel okay with moving forwarded? 

If there is a feeling that going forward might be problematic, then I will pay the difference and take care of it.  I think though with all the public relations we've done so far it would be a little strange to back out now and considering that we have the venue fully funded, many press people have been told, we need to only achieve 50 paid people to make the conference a success the first time. 

In other words, we should totally be able to do this. :-)
