I have sent mail to Linux Foundation and Intel Corporation.  We are on the list for Intel Corporation for both GUADEC and LAS GNOME.  I have not heard back from Linux Foundation.  I will send something to Google this week.

Any other companies we need to talk to?  Github?

We also have not settled on a time frame.  Perhaps we can accomplish that this week?
