DuckDuckGo Search Plugin

I've created a DuckDuckGo search plugin
(https://github.com/isaacaggrey/kupfer) for Kupfer, which is based on
the Wikipedia search plugin.

I've called it a 0.1 release since it doesn't handle spaces (Kupfer
interprets spaces as pluses in text-mode), so only single terms can be
searched at the moment.

Looking at the mailing list's archives, it doesn't seem like a
DuckDuckGo plugin has been brought up already, but I believe this
plugin will be a unique option for the security-conscious users out
there, not to mention the solid search results and features of
DuckDuckGo (http://duckduckgo.com/about.html).
