Thank you, I've pushed this! It looks like it is very similar to
firefox plugin and our Firefox 3 JSON code, which should be good for
future maintenence. Since I'm on a strange dying platform (powerpc) I
can't try this plugin, but the code looks good.

I removed some trailing whitespace in the patch. Then I followed up a
change to adjust the import style (which comes from firefox_support,
not your fault!).

This should go just fine in c17 which I wanted to release soon. It's
important to release features fast so that people notice! Translations
and so need to be updated but we will give time for this by making c18
a translations and bugfixes release.

Notice that new plugins are always ok -- as long as they don't look
like they break kupfer; kupfer will always be open for new plugins,
they are independent modules, and translations will naturally always
be lagging here.
