The default on Ubuntu is:
- Emulate3Button active on every 2 buttons mouse
- vertical scroll active (at least on synaptic-compatibles touchpads,
and even on those laptops which DO NOT have vertical scroll active under
Windows)
- horizontal scroll disabled
