cloud.gnome.org available to all Foundation Members + login difficulties update

Hello,

we recently configured our Owncloud instance to retrieve user's
information through LDAP, specifically through the foundation LDAP
group where all Foundation members belong to.

That means:

1. no more need to request an account from the Accounts Team
2. no more need to have an additional user/password on your keyring

1. Changes for users who had an account already:

1a. None, you can keep using your old account with no further actions
2a. If you decide to start using your GNOME Account make sure to
migrate the files between the old and the new account (if you had
particular ACLs linked to your account please drop an e-mail to
accounts gnome org and we'll sort it out)

2. Difficulties loggin in on cloud.gnome.org starting from the 20th December

2a. PHP packages were upgraded to release 5.4.36 [1] which contained a CVE fix
2b. the password hashing function changed between the two releases
(thanks to the CVE fix) and that broke the login for accounts having
specific characters on their passwords
2c. affected users should reset their password by entering their
username on the login form, clicking on login and waiting for the
reset button to appear (in case of problems resetting the password,
please get in touch with accounts gnome org)
