Oh.. it did just occur to me though that File->Close would certainly
have been required for MDI apps when M$ foisted those on us, as closing
the top-level window in those means 'Quit' rather than 'Close the
current document'. I'm too young to remember if File->Close ever
existed prior to that or not though :)
