oh, I assumed the same thing as Adam (that print setup was referring to
the same thing as page setup). If its really referring to Printer Setup
(subtley different from Print Setup, I think), I don't think we should
include the menu item. If users need to select a different printer or
something they can do it from the print dialogue (or from the system
print configuration place, which of course GNOME doesn't have yet,
sigh).
