[HIG] First draft deadline

Well, the deadline was Friday, and this morning I see stuff from Colin
and I in CVS, but not a peep from anyone else... what's the status/plan?

If anyone's slipping desperately behind, keep us informed-- I don't know
about Colin, but I could potentially take on another section or two if
need be.  It would be a shame to have the project slip too much...
remember, the sooner we get guidelines in place, the better GNOME 2.0
will be  :o)
