Btw, one other thought is maybe: s/Personal/Teamwork/

What I'm thinking is that especially for us open source developers,
these days collaboration and teamwork is especially important. And if
we keep team needs in mind as we develop our tools as a goal, then maybe
we'll come up with tools more relevant to today's socially networked
users.

Now, I'm not thinking about massive project-planning, gantt-chart
weilding, resource-shifting type apparatuses, but rather more intimate
tools for smallish teams working in less formal circumstances. Where I
might want to some of my easier todo's in a "janitor list", or keep tabs
on where Lionel has been putting most of his gtg time last week so I
know where my documentation writing efforts should be directed this
week, and so on and so forth.
