No FTP/HTTP/WebDAV support

Hi,
I'm installing gvfs 1.18.0 from source witg GLIB2 2.38.0 In general it
looks OK, but it configures with no FTP/HTTP/WebDAV support. As a
newcomer to gvfs I'm lost. How can I enable it?
