Create a GFileIOStream from GFileInputStream

Hi
Is there a posibility to create a GFileIOStream from GFileInputStream ? I need to somehow unified those
structures, now i cast them to GObject and decide what it is by a Type field. This works but would rather
integrate them in higher level. Best solution will be a Create a GFileIOStream with blocked output Stream, is
this possible?
