Bug #572786: Add support for the native webdav MOVE operation

Hi!

I'm writing to the mailing list, since I have not gotten any feedback in
the bugtracker for some time.

As I see it, this is the current situation:
 * Moves on WebDAV shares are very inefficient, due to needing to copy
everything to the local machine
 * The patch fixes this, for many cases
 * Some corner cases are not handled, due to me not having access to a
server with sane behaviour

Could we apply the patch, since IMO it improves the current situation?
