[guppi-list] just installed CVS

OK, I am going forward. I just installed gnumeric CVS then guppi CVS.  
I am running gnumeric. 
I have data in columns: A,B,C,D.
I select that columns from row 2 to 17.
I click graph druid icon.
I select "scatter".
Then "forward".
And I have x-values and y-values. In y-values I have column B, while I need
column D. How to change it??? Even if I try to change it - it backs to "B"
again.
Nevermind. After clicking "done" and drawing rectangle - guppi segfaults :-(
