[guppi-list] Problems compiling Guppi-0.35.1

Hello,
	I'm having problems compiling Guppi-0.35.1 under Mandrake 7.2.
In fact I can't even get as far as compiling - the ./configure script
doesn't even work for me.  I've included the transcript below, and as
you can see from the bottom of it, I've got libxml and bonobo installed
(although the ./configure script seems to think otherwise!).
I'd be really greatful for any suggestions.
