I got:

libguppiplot-ERROR **: Search for nice axis points failed.  This
shouldn't happen.

(followed by abort)

I was playing with the new right-click context menu for obtaining
transformed data-sets, and (IIRC) it involved trying to change an
abs(some-dat) to a exp(abs(some-data)).

Have duplicated this. It also happens if there is no data on the axis
before I drag the exp(abs(some-data)) there.

I can provide a bt if you want one? (ran libtool gdb guppi)
