CVS guppi now depends on CVS gnome-print

Michael Meeks have made changes to Guppi to make it compatible with
Lauris Kaplinski's overhaul of GnomeFont.
Because of this, guppi3 is (temporarily) dependent on the CVS version
of gnome-print, not the currently-released version (0.20). (The
situation will return to normal with the next release of gnome-print.)
