I have made a  DEB package:

guppi_0.33.2-1_i386.deb

You can fetch it on: 
http://lbt3.fmc.uam.es/~ctalon/guppi

The dependencies are not tested but it should work ok on any fresh Potato
machine. 

As Kenny said about the RPM, I don't also guarantee that this is a pure DEB
package, but it works for me ;) 

Future things could include a split with binaries, libraries, doc and data, but
this version should give others the opportunity of testing this thing.
