well, actaly, he bug was that I was using an old version of gtkhtml,
which wasn't parsing the <object> tag right, so there was no title being 
sent to guppi.  Whcih egs he question: what if the gtkhtml worked, 
but the user who wrote the html forgot to set the title?  I suppose
we should detect that ...
