Hi,
this is not a binary patch, you need to get the source archive from
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gupnp-tools/0.8/gupnp-tools-0.8.6.1.tar.xzextract it, apply the patch inside the directory with patch -p1
gupnp-av-cp Fix-argument-order and run
./configure --prefix=/usr
make
then change to
src/av-cp/ and run ./gupnp-av-cp from there.
