A note for building Rygel:

Please uninstall GUPnP-Vala, then rebuild GSSDP, GUPnP and GUPnP-AV,
then re-install GUPnP-Vala. GUPnP-Vala should then only install the vapi
for gupnp-dlna.

Due to a fix in the GUPnP VAPI, only master compiles with GUPnP >=
0.19.0. The old VAPI contained a work-around for a work-around which was
potentially leaky.
