GUPnP AV 0.5.7 released!

Changes since 0.5.6:

- Make namespace properties on GUPnPDIDLLiteObject readable and provide
  getter functions for them.
- Improve performance of DIDL-Lite parsing by moving namespace lookups to
  GUPnPDIDLLiteParser.
