Hi,
We have created a Gnome User Group in college and it will always be active in organizing some event or meetup in the college. Also I'm leaving the college next month but I will remain in contact with my junior students and will guide them to organize frequent regular meetups. Before leaving I will try to organize one more meeting. I or someone from the our GUG will keep on posting about their activities on this list. So far the students were really interested to know how they can enroll in various Gnome activities in order to make their contribution. This time I gave the presentation about how we can contribute to Gnome as a Developer and non Developer. Next time we will choose some other topic according to the students interest.  :)

Hi,
We celebrated the local meetup for Gnome User Group in our college and we found some very enthusiastic students who are very much willing to be the part of Gnome Community. And we are now planning to have a much bigger Gnome event in August-September in our college fest. I'm sharing some photographs of GUG meetup (26 April) at NIT Jalandhar

Congratulations! It's nice to hear from you about your first meeting! How about having a regular meeting e.g. monthly meeting? :-) so the next meeting will be in May. What kind of activities members like so far? There are some recommended topics here http://live.gnome.org/GnomeAsia/GugTopics please help to complete the content.
