Was just reading 

and saw:

"Renting a bike for a week seems to cost about € 40 (see e.g.,rijwielshopdenhaag.nl and rijwielshop-hollands-spoor.nl), and will usually require a € 50 deposit. Groups may be elidgeable for a discount. Note that helmets are rarely used in the Netherlands."

Should be eligible, not elidgeable..
