[guadec-local] Digital signage at Folkets Hus

Right so we will have access to some displays at Folkets Hus we can
use to display the schedule etc. From my understanding Andreas would
generate the schedule as PDFs or something. Maybe we should considerer
to use some other graphics as well such as the logo.
