[guadec-local] brewery hall: Estimate for 2nd party

Hello everybody,

I received this estimate from Vladimir (in CC) for a possible second
social event at the brewery.

1. bigger
90 000 czk for 200 - 300 people w/o VAT for rent. We can use all rent 
for catering. If we spend 50 000 for catering rent is 40 000. If we 
spend 90 000 for catering rent is 0.

2.smaller
100 people for 1 500/hour. If we plan to have catering the option is the 
same. The final price is the rent - catering.
