Sorry for the late reply on the poll outcome for meetings. Only Ruben answered the poll, so it wasn't very effective anyway. From the poll it looks like Thursday at 14:00 or 19:00 UTC might work. 

In case the local organizers pick a time that doesn't work for me, I understand. The most important thing is for the local team to be able to meet regularly and make progress. Perhaps I can try to join on certain meetings that are most relevant to what I might help with, or else we can have special meetings for that.

Could you suggest good times for you and maybe other people from the
local organisers? That might be more productive than one of us either
guessing or creating a huge framadate poll.

Note that mornings will exclude anyone in the US (probably primarily
Nuritzi at this point), so that makes those times less preferable.
