I tried the theme that LAS GNOME used and found that it works OK for
now, so there's no need to try and fix the header of the other theme
we were using. We can just use that Sensible theme. There are still
lots of improvements possible with this theme though!

I did a quick mockup based on the LAS GNOME site today:
