Would you be interested in helping a bit with this and maybe joining the meeting tonight (21:15 CEST, #guadec) for a bit? We already have a poster design: https://github.com/gnome-design-team/gnome-marketing/blob/master/guadec/2016/poster.pdf which can be used. Might need some small adaptations, but basically we just mostly need to figure out how to print/distribute it and have someone who makes sure that happens. I would like to have some posters here too. But for that purpose I only need them about a month in advance. Benjamin
