Incidently, Linus's father is also in the EU parliament (see the link
on epfsug.eu) and might also be another possible candidate.  I don't
know how good of a public speaker he is.  But Indrek has given talks.

Anyways, he is either in Brussels or he is in Estonia, which I hope
counts as regional for you all.
