We should also check where we stand with respect to the keynotes. Rui and Christian contacted Ryan Gordon [1] and Sam Latinga [2]. They won't be able to come this year, but they would be interested in coming next year. Has anyone contacted the prospective candidates from Wikimedia? Any other candidates that we have contacted?
