Hello,

  Every speaker with a selected proposal must send the slides in a PDF
file not after Thursday  at night. I know you have already done your
presentation and you don't need extra time but just in case :-)

  To do so please reply the email (_and attach the file_) you received
with the confirmation telling you that your proposal was chosen.
