[guadec-list] accommodation and the likes

Hi all!

Finally Sílvia and me already have booked the travel and we are going
for accommodation.

Our plan is to arrive early to help with the last preparations (3th
night) and leave Istanbul at 17th so me can visit a little the area.

The questions is:

We have requested sponsorship for travel and accommodation but since we
will stay more days in Istanbul it will be a problem (assuming we have
sponsorship for accommodation) to be more days in the hotel before and
after the days which will be covered by the sponsorship? I.e. if GNOME
pays for 7-12 and we stay for 3-16? Do we have to talk to the hotel
directly?


I have another question ...

I think Dave said some weeks/months? ago that would be cool if we can
organise some guided visits to important places or a complete tour, etc
etc ... It has been made any progress since then? Anyone like Sílvia and
me would join? Anyone interested? :)
