[guadec-list] Serbia is missing in list of countries

Serbia is missing in list of countries so I can not proceed with my
registration for accommodation sponsorship.

Can this issue be fixed, or if not, which other country I should select
instead? (Yugoslavia or Serbia and Montenegro are not in the list too)
