[guadec-list] Booklet

Hi all

I've created a wiki page to start gathering information on this year's GUADEC booklet.

Some sections are still empty, some have a few information and some are linked to main 
http://www.guadec.org/. 
It will let us practically see which sections should the booklet have and what should be written in each.
You can take a look and add sections or notes to existing ones.
