Yes sure.

I am a kind of used to these kind of conference visas & AFAIK most of the UK Embassies require an invitation letter from the conferences saying that the conference will take care of the accommodation. Just naming a place for that would be enough.

I need to get the visa as well and I've prepared the attached invitation letter here. The template is from Guadec 2006. There are some spots in blue font that needs to be filled.

If people in charge could fill in the blanks, these invitation letters would be ready to send out and people can start applying for visas.
