Cell phones, for Quim, for Ludovic, and other major volunteers
(at least one in the village.)

Maybe there should be one cell phone for guadec information & emergencies, and a volunteer would be in stand by in shifts of say 4~6 hours a day.

Actually 'Guadec Conference information desk' will do this & we would still need to have Quim, Ludovic & other major people's cell phone.

We would also need:
Tourist Information place (in Barcelona)
Tourist Information place (in Villanova Park)
Student's help center in Barcelona
