If L is like M (an average male), then, based on demand at Stuttgart,
I'd suggest something more like:

10 XXL (these must be enormous)

If L is like an ordinary M, then this is probably just like an ordinary XL. Don't take too few of these. For bigger or taller men an ordinary L (here probably XL) is ridiculously small. And there are people who like to take a size larger to get a more comfortable T-shirt - or girls who use it as a long-shirt. Ultimately many people can wear a T-shirt that is one size too big, but it's dreadful to have to squeeze into one that is too small...
