Well more like a meeting between me and Javier who has been doing a lot
of the work with press materials and so forth.

* Talked about the current press releases.  Javi has sent them out to
Spanish press, and Thomas has sent the German version out.  So all
that's left is the international press.  We have no contacts for the
international press, don't know how to send that out.  Sri will talk to
OSDL about international press release and see if he can use OSDL for
this.

Sri sent email to Wired and let them know about the GUADEC and also
highlighted important parts like OLPC.  Pushing OLPC is probably the
priority as it's the most interesting story we have.

* What to do during GUADEC as press relations:

  + Josep will be main point of contact for Catalan press and dealing
    with them.  This means, introducing the press to keynote speakers
    and so forth.  Working with the local press contacts for future
    press releases
  + Javier will be the main point of contact for all press relations.  
    Javier will also handle translations of press releases into Spanish
    or Spanish into English whatever it may be.  Javier will be
    arranging interview schedules of keynote speakers.
  + Thomas will handle the press relations with German press, and 
    translate press releases into German.
  + Sri will do press releases for all to translate.  He will also 
    handle international press when required.  Sri can handle any 
    situation where native english is required.


We will need to recruit photographers to take pictures of people in
order for media.  If there are any other situations, we can get together
and handle things.  We should probably make sure we meet on Sunday or
Saturday evening over beer.  I'll be in by 9:30pm or so, I"m guessing.

Hopefully, we have our roles well documented.  I will try to put this
stuff in the wiki.
