[guadec-list] local meetings

Hi,

It's the middle of February. Any plans for local meetings? My schedule
is really tight these days, but I could suggest the evening of the 28th.
Otherwise I won't be there. In any case I feel like not meeting soon
will lead to last-minute scrambles.

Also, my apologies for not being available for the IRC meetings. It
comes on a bad day for me.
