I don't know whether the public vote was registered in the jury 
election, but the only difference between 108 and 102 in the voting was 
this: http://www.demochoice.org/dcresults.php?poll=pubguadec#Round11 and 
2 votes to 1 isn't exactly a convincing win :=} it's hard to know what 
to do.
