Since tourism and immigration are usual currency in Spain and spceially in the Catalan coast, finding phone cards to call cheap wherever is very easy (i.e. I bet Vilanova park itself is selling them, and you find them in kiosks). I'll ask, though. Of course people can check also roaming options to call from their mobile phones. This information is supplied by your phone operator.
