I think thats what I was asking for. In other words, I'd like a way to project
a computer display onto a bigger screen :)

That's fine, I'm not making slides as such. I noted your addition to the wiki

If you do get a computer set up, please configure it to boot from CD if
present. I'd like to demonstrate FlashLinux, using a CD bootloader to boot
linux from my USB flash disk. (It won't touch any hard-disk data)
