I'll be around Saturday to help with stuff like that; the only other
thing I have planned is the castle tour from 14:00-whenever that
finishes.

I'll actually be arriving Friday evening (around 18:00 I think) if help
is needed at that kind of hour, though I can't promise how useful I'll
be at that point immediately after flying across ~ 9 time zones.
