[guadec-list] Change in list policy

Hi,

Since GUADEC 2006 will be help in Spain, it is reasonable to expect many 
of the attendees to send mail about GUADEC in Spanish. I don't think 
that there is sufficient traffic on this list to merit splitting things 
into a Spanish-only and English-only list, so as of now, this list will 
be multilingual (Spanish/Catalan/English).

If in doubt, please mail in English, however, since it is likely that 
the majority of people reading the list will not understand you otherwise.
