GUADEC - Are you ready for it?

The conference is just a little over a month away, and it's going to be
more rocking than ever. We have a super schedule lined up, that we'll
be announcing very soon.
                                                                                                                                                             
If you haven't already, you should take some time to register online for

There has been some amount of confusion over the registration fees. If
you are traveling to the conference and being reimbursed your expenses
from your company, then we would like you to register as a 'Professional'.
However, if you are travelling on your own time, then please register
as a 'Student/Hobbyist'. If you can't afford the registration fees for
any reason, please make a 'Free registration request'.
                                                                                                                                                             
All the registration fees will go directly into flying people over for
this years conference, and while the priority is on providing travel
assistance for our speakers, we hope there will be some money to help
others. We already have participants coming from South America and China.
GUADEC promises to be an international event. If you cannot afford to
travel to GUADEC and would like to, please let us know in the 'Subsidy'
