The part about "who do not follow all the lists" is a bit confusing.

The site http://www.guadec.org/ gives _one_ mailing list to subscribe
to, and this is "guadec-list".
Which others were I supposed to subscribe to? How would I have learned
about their existence?
Telsa on IRC made mention of gnotices, yes, but that I thought that that
was only a minor reference since I imagine gnotices to be so vast and
not as on-topic about GUADEC as guadec-list itself.

What have I been missing out on?
