Guadec session on interoperability...

At today's gnome board meeting, I took an action item and offered to chair
a session on interoperability (e.g. interoperability with KDE, but also
other environments, e.g. CDE/Motif).

Here's a concrete suggestion for such a session.:

I think I'd like 15 minutes to frame the session.
A talk on the new window manager guidelines.
Invite some appropriate KDE person to present on topics where
	we might collaborate; exactly how and who, isn't entirely
	clear to me.
A panel session on the topic.

I have some preference that this topic be brought up early in the
meeting, rather than being left to the last day.

Comments?  Suggestions? Improvements?

BTW, for various reasons I'll be out of action from about the February 
13 to mid March, so I feel some personal urgency on this topic, not to 
mention time is getting short in general.
